Switch the call from Agent <> Donor to Evergiving Vault <> Donor by pressing one button. Vault asks the donor to enter the card details on their keypad, Vault stores the card and returns the Donor to the Agent. Vault even tells the Agent how the card entry is going. Call recording is on the Agent side, so no card details are captured during card capture.

Easily review all the recordings for all the phone calls made in the call view.
